Here I was in Orlando by myself, looking to get some healthy separation from my 15 month old, while scoping out some possible new vacations locations for my family. Then turn into the gates of The Omni Orlando Hotel which at first glance gives the feeling of a luxury resort with it's plush landscape and golf course. Pulling up to the valet who helps you into the beautiful decorated lobby and grand staircase, I was thinking how could I bring my kids here they would destroy the decor, and make way to much noise!

Insider tip: Kids receive a backpack full of goodies upon arrival and they get milk and cookies delivered to their room on the first night of their stay.

Well that was until I went to check in and the guest service handed the guests in front of me a bag full of goodies for there little one and explained all the fun activities and services available to them! But wait there is more, I could not wait to jump into the Adult pool and lounge by the Jacuzzi. But something caught my attention on my way there...... off in the distance maybe 500 feet from the Adult oasis that includes cabanas, was a kid's zone filled with action! A lazy river, kids pool, wave pool and water park styled slides along with a small section just for the littlest swimmers. WOW, the Omni somehow managed to nail the adult and kids area all at the same location???

Insider tip: There is a complimentary shuttle to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks from the Omni Orlando

So here I am seriously impressed and then I eat my first meal...MMM..MMM. good! First I grabbed a quick bite at the onsite market, I had a turkey and provolone on multigrain bread and it came with a drink and healthy option of chips! Then for dinner we eat at the Polo Club which was more formal and eat the Salmon and Bread pudding for dessert! It was awesome....

Let's get to the most important part, because after a long day by the pool a nap was definitely on the menu! The bed not only looked like a dream it felt like one. I slept the rest of the evening away in a king sized bed all to myself in which the bed literally sucks you into a cloud like bubble.

Insider tip: Trade-off "parent duty" with your spouse so you can get away to the Mokara Spa for a signature massage and then he can get away for a round of golf
