I went on a adventure.....Macaroni Kid Snow day at Platteskill mountain!!
Several things I would like to say before getting to the best parts, with printed directions and gps on hand we still managed to be lost 90% of the trip. With that being said please if traveling to the catskills stop and ask a cow! lol ok vent over. We had a awesome time otherwise, we opted to stay at a Air Bnb traveling with 3 kids and a infant! It was a awesome decision staying at the Mountain view dairy farm, in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modular home! The views were spectacular our host who own the farm were great! We didn't get a chance to milk the cows but we definitely plan on returning in the spring.
So snow day we spent at the Platteskill mountain where we enjoyed smores by the fireplace, snow tubing and skiing as well as good company! Cheers to our amazing sponsors who packed us with amazing treats, electronics and more!! Next year be our guest...
